6. Exercise Every Day

One of the reasons exercise is good for us is that it makes the Lymph system work. The Lymph system is really important for getting rid of toxicity in the body.

Even if you don’t feel like you can move or are bed ridden, I suggest that you do some deep breathing as this also helps stimulate the Lymph system.

1. Take a deep breath in through the nose using your abdomen for a count of 4

2. Hold for a slow count to 7 or as long as you can

3. Then release the breathe slowly out through the mouth, twice as slowly as you breathed in (count of 8), making sure you empty as much breath as possible

4. Do this for 10 breaths 3 times daily

Of course, if you can do it, try and do 10,000 steps per day. If you can’t do this, then set an achievable target and monitor to make sure you do it daily. If you’re able to then make sure you increase it each week. It is more important to do it regularly than doing a lot one day and none the next.

Try some other form of passive exercise like Tai Chi, Yoga or even just a stretching routine. Once again start at a level that you are comfortable with and then slowly increase over time. Like the steps above, it is more important to do a little and often than a lot irregularly.
