A few notes from the site instigator

When you’re ill, it may be hard to sit and read through complete books. I was lucky in being introduced to some books when I was diagnosed at Stage 2. I was given 50% odds of surviving 10 years, but when I asked how do I get on the surviving side, I wasn’t given any clues as to how I could achieve this other than wait until I got worse, then they could provide more traditional treatments such as Chemo, Radio or Stem Cell if I could find a suitable donor. To treat me at that stage would be likely to make me ill.

I decided that I wasn’t going to wait until I was seriously sick before taking action. Ironically by working through some of the steps outlined above, I now have more energy and health than before I even got cancer. Am I cancer free? Not yet, but I am better than I was when I started my journey 7 years ago.

Habits are hard to change. Creating New Habits takes time. Of all the things to do, I would recommend getting real clear on what your Strong Reason(s) to Live is or are. Make sure you write them down and review them regularly. Then it is up to you, but I would certainly look at Food, Herbs and Supplements as high priority. It is up to each individual, but Use Your Intuition to determine on what you focus.

They say it takes 20 times to create a new habit. i.e. if it is a daily habit, 20 days, a weekly habit 20 weeks etc., If at first you don't succeed always review your reasons to live and then start again I certainly know that it often takes lots of attempts to create a new good habit. Funny how easy it is to create or keep bad habits.
